Mindful Mornings
These mornings are meant to start the week intentionally with the practice of Mindfulness techniques. The class is meant for those seeking a sense of inner peace, and who want to learn how to self-regulate with easy, but deeply effective tools. Coming home to yourself through self-observation and self-reflection are the core of these sessions.

Mindful Movement Groups
In this class, your child(ren) will gain body and energy awareness through movement and regulation techniques. The class will be filled with music, stretching, free dance expression, playful yoga poses, breathing exercises and more.
Parent or Guardian needs to stay on site during the class but can hang out or take other children to the playground.

Parenting for Positive Self-Worth
The Parenting for Positive Self-Worth curriculum is designed to empower parents to help their children heal from past trauma and to develop positive self worth. Participants report a decrease in parental frustration, improvement in their children's behaviors and a deeper connection as a family. It is based on Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) developed by Dr. Karyn Purvis and Dr. David Cross from the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at Texas Christian University.
